Albert (HAVOK) Rodriguez is a tattoo artist with 10 years of professional experience who has superior artistic talent in the Chicano style, and street graffiti looks. HAVOK works in other art styles like, airbrush, graffiti, as well as animation where he has done work for movies such as Anastasia, and Curious George, as well as airbrush work for one of Alice Coopers cars in his collection.

 Prime Loco embarked on his tattooing journey in 2008, transitioning to professional work shortly after.
